Theodore has over 30 years of multidisciplinary design consultancy experience with strong strategic management skills across a variety of building sectors including commercial, residential, retail and leisure developments.
He takes proactive approach in the design process and works closely with clients and contractors to deliver projects that meet their requirements and aspirations with elegant, innovative and cost effective engineering solutions. He is inspired in the development and utilisation of digital 3D models and BIM.
He possesses indepth knowledge of multi-phased new build residential regeneration, refurbishment of historic buildings and complex structural modifications including facade retention of existing commercial and retail properties. Theodore is responsible for the ongoing development of Clarkebond’s London business strategies.
He is a fellow of both The Institution of Civil Engineers and The Institution of Structural Engineers.
