Associate Director / Team Leader – (Structural Engineering)

£55 – £70,000 per annum                        Exeter                 Permanent, Full-Time 37.5 hours per week

Summary of role

This is an opportunity for a Structural Engineer who already has a strong technical and project management background, but also enjoys leading a team and relationship management.

You will enjoy:

• Acting as the lead contact for our existing clients and structural engineering projects.
• Working closely with our senior team to identify and manage suitable bid and tender opportunities.
• Leading and developing a diverse, friendly, committed and established team of graduates, engineers and technicians.

Our requirements:

• Proven track record of project delivery, significant technical and project management experience.
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and expertise and encouraging continuous professional development.
• Extensive relevant company contacts in the field of structural engineering across various sectors.
• Client relationship management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry software.
• Qualification such as BEng / CEng Civil /Structural Engineering.
• Chartered membership of IStructE is desirable but not essential.
