Since starting work in the structures department of a multi-disciplinary engineering company in hometown Southampton upon leaving school in 1997, alongside gaining an ONC and HNC in Building Studies, Andy has gained extensive experience in producing structural GA’s and details, mainly for steel frame and reinforced concrete commercial and industrial projects, alongside domestic new-build and refurbishment projects using more traditional materials.
Andy has worked for structural companies in Southampton, the East Midlands, London and Bristol and has since settled at Clarkebond where he has been able to learn Revit and BIM.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys writing and recording music, art, walking and spending time with his young son.
