Ayo holds a BEng (Hons) degree from LBSU and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from University College London. He has extensive experience, primarily in building structures—ranging from low, medium, to high-rise buildings—spanning over 18 years. His portfolio includes commercial, retail, residential, and industrial buildings, as well as new builds, refurbishments, and temporary works.
Ayo also has experience working abroad in Nigeria, West Africa, involving civil engineering works, site engineering, quality control engineering, and construction supervision. He is proficient and particularly experienced in the use of steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry materials. Additionally, he has developed strong interpersonal relationships with professionals in the industry both in the UK and abroad.
He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK, a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, and a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
