David has over 20 years of experience working with both private and public sector clients providing transport planning, design and assessment of residential, commercial, education and healthcare developments through the planning process.
He provides due diligence and site acquisition support on access strategies and the transportation aspects for land promotion and option agreements. He leads in the preparation of transport related planning application reports, comprising Transport Assessments, Statements, Travel Plans, Delivery and Servicing Plans and transportation input for Environmental Statements. He provides post application support including negotiating planning consents and discharging conditions and obligations. David advises a variety of clients and stakeholders, tailored to suit their individual needs and requirements to deliver viable transport solutions for developments.
David is a member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Member of the Transport Planning Society.
