Jen is a human resources generalist, with twelve years of professional experience across sectors including engineering, manufacturing, defence, financial services and scientific research.
She is very active in supporting, advising and coaching managers and employees on all aspects of HR. Since working for Clarkebond Jen has introduced many staff engagement initiatives which have no doubt played a part in Clarkebond’s high levels of employee satisfaction.
Jen is a keen advocate of the benefits of flexible working, community outreach and supporting STEM initiatives.
