Max has over 27 years civil engineering experience working on railway, housing and infrastructure developments across the UK, leading and managing projects for public and private clients.
He has in depth knowledge of the complexity of different types of contracts, framework agreements and government initiatives and a wealth of experience in preplanning services.
Max has provided engineering guidance to allow the successful delivery of many complex sites and housing developments through the planning process.
As head of the Bristol office, Max is responsible for the ongoing development of Clarkebond in Bristol and the South West and leads the civil engineering skill group and the pre planning services teams.
